About This Scholarship
This scholarship is given in honor of Sol Tanne ’41. At Stuyvesant he was VP, Math Society, and a member of Arista, Radio Club, Math Team, Physics Society, and Electrical Society. He received the Algebra Medal and a Gold Scholarship Pin. The fund is designed to benefit Stuyvesant students who are working during their high school tenure.
Applicant Criteria
- The student must demonstrate academic excellence.
- The student must hold a job in addition to attending Stuyvesant.
