Peter Boyce II ’08

As a Principal at General Catalyst Partners, Peter is highly experienced in venture capital and startups. During his years at Harvard University, he co-founded two student groups/accelerators for startups. While in college he co-founded Rough Draft Ventures, an initiative focused on supporting student entrepreneurs. Peter’s focus is cultivating the university founder ecosystem and investing in early-stage startups in NYC. He is involved with the firm’s portfolio companies Cadre, Outdoor Voices, mark43, Rebagg and spearheads the firm’s involvement with Major League Hacking, the largest organizing body of student hackathons in the world. Additionally, he is the co-founder and chairman of Harvard in Tech, Harvard’s official alumni organization for technology entrepreneurs. He has been involved in Stuyvesant through StuyHacks where he served as a judge and sponsor this past fall. As a board member, he hopes to link more resources, such as summer internships and mentoring, for Stuyvesant students and alumni.
