Jane Gelfand graduated from Stuyvesant in 2002. A first generation American, Jane credits the school and its special community for fundamentally and positively changing her life.
Today, Jane is part of the Finance leadership team at Wayfair – the e-commerce home goods platform. She is responsible for Investor Relations, Treasury, Corporate Development, as well as divisional finance for Wayfair’s Fintech business. Prior to corporate finance, Jane enjoyed a 15-year career in the financial services sector, spanning public equity investing and investment banking across such institutions as Goldman Sachs, Neuberger Berman, Citigroup, and Barclays Capital.
Jane graduated from Cornell University with a B.A. in Economics and is Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. She currently lives in Boston with her husband and two children.
