Boaz attended University of Michigan. He headed up the Credit Derivatives Desk at Deutschebank before starting his own hedge fund, Saba Capital. He says, “Stuyvesant is very special to me. My closest friends are from Stuyvesant and I feel it is important to give back to the school that has given me so much. I would like to be a part of the team that helps to ensure that Stuyvesant remains at the pinnacle of public education.” He would like to give his time and finances to the organization.
