5th, 10th, 20th or 50th Reunion

For the 5th, 10th, 20th, or 50th Reunion:

  1. We will electronically survey your class to see what your classmates want for their event.
  2. We will help your committee create a budget, which includes the event, postage, invitations, staffing for check-in and other costs such as permits and faculty tickets.
  3. We will help you select a venue.
  4. We will advance the costs of invitations, postage, permits and your venue’s deposit.
  5. We will give you our guidebook to successful reunions.
  6. We will give you contact informatiom for other recent reunion committee members who have volunteered to give you advice.
  7. We will publicize your reunion via email, US Post and our website.
  8. We will provide you with our list of your classmates for whom we do not have current email or postal addresses.
  9. We will set up on-line ticket sales for your event, and process checks for those who do not want to pay online.
  10. At your event, we will:
    1. Provide you with staff to check-in guests
    2. Provide name-tags
    3. Provide Stuyvesant merchandise for sale.
  11. Should your class want to a school tour, we will help. Please realize that tours are subject to DOE permit approval and prior scheduling commitments. Additionally, there is a fee associated to open the building outside of regular school days.
  12. When available, student volunteers can help your reunion committee in finding missing classmates.
