Reunion 2018
Come Join Us in Celebrating Stuyvesant!
We are very excited to invite you to Reunion 2018 on Saturday, November 24. The day’s events will be at the school (345 Chambers Street), starting at 1:00PM.
The Alumni Association will be welcoming back alumni from all years to celebrate! There will be optional tours of the school to explore what has changed since you graduated and a happy hour with many of the beloved teachers and leaders of Stuyvesant.
RSVP early to book your spot! Tickets are only $10!
Please note, children have free admission and are invited to attend from 1:00PM-3:00PM.
Agenda
1:00PM – Registration / check in at the school
1:15 PM – Addresses from Principal Eric Contreras and SHSAA President Soo Kim ’93
1:45 PM – Tours of the school will start from outside the 5th floor cafeteria.
Tour start times: 1:45 and 2:15
2:00 PM – Student performances and meet with Stuyvesant teachers!
There will be student performances and demos. Some examples include:
- Stuyvesant Chorus
- Stuyvesant Cheerleaders
3:00PM-4:00PM – Happy Hour
Only alumni and guests 21 years of age or older
Did you go to school on East 15th Street?
The Old School will be open for self-guided tours from 3:30PM-5:30PM at 345 East 15th Street, New York, NY 10003.

What if my plans change and I need to cancel my registration?
The following provides important information concerning any request to cancel your registration for Reunion 2018 with the Stuyvesant High School Alumni Association. Except as the Alumni Association may decide in its sole discretion, full and partial refunds:
- WILL NOT be given if the request for cancellation is received after November 16, 2018
- WILL NOT be given in the case of inclement weather
- WILL NOT be given in the case of a no show or partially or completely missed event(s)
- WILL reflect a $2.00 processing fee
- WILL be made using the original form of payment, if granted
Please submit cancellation requests in writing via this REQUEST FORM by 3:00 p.m. EST on November 16, 2018.
Can you accommodate special needs?
Please do not allow a special need to keep you from returning for the Reunion. The Stuyvesant High School building is fully accessible. We want those with physical challenges to have as few obstacles as possible during their stay and to be able to participate fully in Reunion activities.
