SATURDAY, OCTOBER 26, 2024

 

The Stuyvesant High School Alumni Association (SHSAA) is excited to announce that as part of this year’s All-Class Reunion Weekend, the Class of ’64 will be celebrating their 60-Year Reunion event on Saturday, October 26, 2024.

The Class Dinner will be on Saturday at Sarabeth’s Tribeca: details below. Payment for the Class Dinner gives you no-extra-charge admission to the All-Class Reunion at the Chambers Street building on Saturday (at which the Class may have its own mini-event) and access to the E 15th Street building on Sunday (and who knows what 1964 might do there!).

The Alumni Association will also host a cash bar mixer (location to be determined) for all reunion classes on Friday, October 25. The Class of ’64 can discuss whether to meet there or do something on your own.

Register now so we know you’ll be coming and we can reach out to you regarding other class events for the weekend.

Saturday, Oct. 26 | 12PM-4PM
Fall Reunion 2024 – All alumni and guests are invited to the 2024 All-Class Reunion Weekend at Stuyvesant. The day’s events include tours, student performances, lab demonstrations, and refreshments. Beloved teachers and leaders of Stuyvesant will also be in attendance.
The School Store will be open!

Free registration for those who pay for the Saturday night event; otherwise $30 per person if you only want to attend this All-Class Reunion event.

Ongoing | Tours, student performances, and lab demonstrations!

  • Self-guided and Student-led tours will go on throughout the day
  • Throughout the building there will be student performances and demos
  • Refreshments in the student cafeteria
  • The School Store on the second floor will be open

3:00PM – 4:00PM | Happy Hour (with light snacks)

  • Mingle with your classmates and other Stuy alumni at Stuyvesant

Marquee Event: Class of 1964 Dinner at Sarabeth’s Tribeca
Enjoy the evening at your class party, which will be held at Sarabeth’s Tribeca.
Cocktails (open bar: beer, wine, house spirits and cocktails), hors d’oeuvres, buffet dinner, and dessert in a private space.

  • Early Bird – $150 per ticket (until June 30)
  • General Admission – $175 per ticket (until October 20)

Make sure to RSVP for the events at Chambers Street and/or E 15th Street so we can have an accurate headcount for tours and other events happening throughout the weekend!

Accommodations

The Alumni Association has secured a discounted room block at the Conrad New York Downtown, a very short walk to the school and to Sarabeth’s Tribeca, for the nights of Friday, October 25, and Saturday, October 26. If you would like to stay there for those two nights, use the portal below to make reservations. The “access code” is STUYVESANT24.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE SPECIAL NEEDS?

Yes! All are welcome to join us at 345 Chambers Street. Please do not allow a special need to keep you from attending Reunion. The new Stuyvesant High School building is fully accessible. We want everyone to enjoy their time visiting and to participate in as many Reunion activities as possible.

If you anticipate needing a special accommodation based on a medical condition or (dis)ability, please contact us at [email protected]. We will do our very best to accommodate your request.

 

WHAT IF MY PLANS CHANGE AND I NEED TO CANCEL MY REGISTRATION?

The following provides important information concerning any request to cancel your registration for any Stuy Reunion event (hosted by your Class or the Stuyvesant High School Alumni Association). Except as the Alumni Association may decide in its sole discretion, full and partial refunds:

  • WILL NOT be given if the request for cancellation is received after October 18, 2024
  • WILL NOT be given in the case of inclement weather
  • WILL NOT be given in the case of a no show or partially or completely missed event(s)
  • WILL reflect a $10.00 processing fee
  • WILL be made using the original form of payment, if granted

Please submit cancellation requests in writing via this REQUEST FORM by Oct. 18, 2024 at 3PM (ET).
