Class of 1964 – 55th Reunion

Gentlemen of Stuyvesant ’64!

Join us Sunday, October 27, for another two-part celebration of 55 years since our Stuyvesant graduation: a time to walk and talk, and a time to sit (and eat and drink) and talk. And yes, this is a Sunday; we belatedly welcome our more observant Jewish classmates to reunion activities.

Noon Sunday, Oct. 27

Meet at noon in the lobby of 345 East 15th Street. We will have two hours to prowl our old haunts, thanks to a permit secured just for our class by the alumni association.

Send no money, but you must register by October 17. Include your name and the names and relationships (to you) of anyone accompanying you.

4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27

Ira Wasserman welcomes us to his spacious home on Staten Island with a spectacular view of New York Harbor. The neighborhood is  a 12-minute walk or 3-minute train ride from the ferry terminal; plenty of free street parking for car people. We’ll be having a kosher buffet dinner, and wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages.

Send no money now (bring some with you), but please RSVP now (and by October 17 at the latest) so we have an accurate headcount for the caterer. Please include the name(s) of any spouse, partner, or other guest who will accompany you.

We will send detailed directions (for all modes of public and private transport) when you RSVP.

We hope to see you at both of our October 27 events!
