Applicants will be judged solely on their response to one of the essay questions below. There is no correct answer, and the judges (a group of Dan’s friends and classmates) will be looking for the most thoughtful and interesting essay.
Choose one of the following topics and discuss in 500-750 words:
- America, like anything else, can be improved. What one change would you most like to see, and how might it best be accomplished?
- New York City, like anything else, can be improved. What one change would you most like to see, and how might it best be accomplished?
- Stuyvesant HS, like anything else, can be improved. What one change would you most like to see, and how might it best be accomplished?
